About the role:
As the Estates and Facilities Operative, you will be responsible for the safe, secure, and efficient running of the site. The role includes carrying out maintenance and caretaking duties, managing site security, operating intruder alarm systems, and responding appropriately to fire alarm and fire panel activations to ensure the safety of all building users.
Responsibilities as our Estates and Facilities Operative will include:
Security & Site Management
* Unlock and lock buildings and site pedestrian/vehicle access points in line with procedures.
* Set and unset the intruder alarm systems in line with opening and closing of the site.
Fire Safety & Fire Panel Response
