A minimum 2:1 Psychology degree, or a related subject, from a Top 20 UK University
Previous experience working with children or in a child-focused role
A genuine passion for education and a strong commitment to supporting childrens development
Making a meaningful difference in a childs life

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant | Your role:
Work with experienced lead Teachers by assisting classroom preparation
Supervise group activities and ensure students focus
Work closely with teachers to identify and address student challenges
Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs
