Spring Lodge Vets are looking for a full-time Veterinary Care Assistant to join our fantastic team! You will work across our 5 sites and out hospital, providing support to our clinical and reception teams.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Animal care duties such as cleaning, patient handling, and general husbandry
2. Laboratory tasks and sample processing
3. Driving responsibilities as needed
4. Client-facing interactions, providing excellent customer service
Reception duties will include:
5. Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
6. Scheduling appointments and managing bookings
7. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

Your shift pattern
You will work 40 hour per week including 1:4 sat mornings on a 4 weekly rolling rota. Monday - Friday shifts between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm. You will be required to work across all our branches, so ability to travel is a must.
