Overview
The Breast Imaging Department at West Middlesex University Hospital has an opening for an enthusiastic Band 7 Mammographer to join its friendly and highly skilled multi‑professional team.
We are a busy symptomatic site offering tomosynthesis, stereotactic guided procedures, vacuum‑assisted biopsies and excisions, and are establishing a new contrast‑enhanced service.
This role will be based at West Middlesex University Hospital and the post holder will work primarily within the symptomatic breast unit, providing imaging for the one‑stop clinics and performing mammographic examinations as part of the family history and follow‑up surveillance services.
Responsibilities
* Provide imaging for the one‑stop clinics.
* Perform mammographic examinations for family history and surveillance services.
* Work within the symptomatic breast unit at West Middlesex University Hospital.
Shift Patterns
Some roles may require weekend shifts at multiple sites.
