We are seeking a Site & Construction Manager to oversee contractors, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders during this intensive phase as the site prepares to reopen at the end of April 2026. Role Overview This is a hands-on delivery role for someone comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with a board of trustees. The Site & Construction Manager will act as the central point of coordination on site, ensuring works progress efficiently and on-time, risks are managed, and key decisions are escalated when needed. The Site & Construction Manager will work alongside the Project Manager to ensure the capital works schedule and budget remain aligned with the overall activity schedule and project budget.
