Your new role
As the successful candidate, you will:
1. Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons that build curiosity and deepen understanding
2. Support pupils’ transition into lower KS2 with well‑structured, progressive learning
3. Differentiate and scaffold learning to ensure every child makes strong progress
4. Promote independence and resilience in daily routines and learning tasks
5. Work collaboratively with the KS2 team to share ideas and maintain consistency across the phase.
What you'll need to succeed
6. QTS and experience teaching in KS2
7. A passion for Year 3 curriculum development
8. Strong behaviour management rooted in warmth and clarity
9. A reflective practitioner who values teamwork and continuous improvement
