A welcoming Harrow primary school is looking for a Year 1 Teacher who can bring energy, patience, and a sense of fun into the classroom. This role is perfect for someone who loves building confidence and helping children settle into their learning journey after Reception.
The school has a calm feel, supportive leadership, and one of those staffrooms where people actually laugh on lunch breaks. Rare, we know.
The role includes:
* Full class responsibility in a settled Year 1 class
* Shared planning with an experienced parallel teacher
* Strong TA support throughout the week
* Access to excellent phonics resources and training
You’ll need:
* UK QTS
* A creative approach to teaching and learning
* Good knowledge of KS1 curriculum and phonics
* The ability to build brilliant relationships with pupils and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
