The Role
The role requires 1 day in HQ based in Newcastle, the role is then a combination of hybrid WFH and travel to sites in your local regions.
We’re looking for a confident, commercially aware HR professional to join our client as People Partner. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and People Director helping to recruit, develop, and retain talented people who deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
* Partnering with managers to design and deliver impactful people plans.
* Coaching leaders to bring out the best in their teams.
* Overseeing recruitment for key roles and driving brilliant onboarding.
* Championing engagement and recognition initiatives.
* Guiding managers through employee relations with a practical, fair approach.
* Using people data to identify trends, spot risks, and shape action.
Your DNA
* An HR generalist with multi-site hotel or hospitality experience. Retail will also be considered.
* Strong communicator with natural influence and credibility at all levels.
* Skilled in ER – confident navigating complex cases with balance and fairness.
* Commercially savvy, organised, and able to juggle priorities without losing your cool.
* Passionate about building workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and proud to belong.
* Resilient, adaptable, and ready to roll your sleeves up.
