As Associate Director of Commercial and Partnerships, youll sit on our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in turning strategy into action. Your focus will be on growing and diversifying service income, developing powerful partnerships across health and social care, and making sure our dementia support services are both sustainable and transformational.
Youll be working at the intersection of purpose and commercial thinking scaling our training, education and consultancy offer, exploring new funding models and building relationships that help us reach more people affected by dementia. This is a role with real autonomy, visibility and stretch, where your ideas, leadership and influence will directly shape the future of dementia support in a fast-changing landscape.
