Title: Senior Town Planner
Experience required: 3 Years' Experience (Minimum)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (Dependent on experience) + Reliable Bonus
Location: Skipton

Hybrid working: Yes, 1 day minimum - open to remote for the right candidate
💼 WHO ARE THEY?
Our client are looking to grow their Planning Team in Skipton - they are extremely busy right now! They work on a variety of projects including minerals, commercial, residential, renewable energy and more!
🔎 WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
You must have a strong understanding of the UK Planning system. At least 3 years of experience in the public or private sector, whether in a consultancy, developer or local authority (Development Management) Planning team. It is essential that you have a good use of initiative, a commercial mindset and working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
