We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the retail, industrial, and office sectors. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and supporting CCS’s growth in UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail, industrial, and office sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and operational leads.
* Respond to leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
* Monitor relevant tenders and collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive bids.
* Develop and deliver tailored presentations for prospective clients.
* Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.
* Work closely with pricing and operations teams to develop customized cleaning solutions.
Qualifications And Skills
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Valid driver’s license.
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in cleaning or facility services.
* Solution-driven sales professional connecting cleaning services with customer-focused outcomes approach.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to represent CCS values across all levels.
* Flexible with working hours and travel.
* Confident presenter with the ability to engage and inspire clients across diverse sectors.
