Duties Include :
* Accurately pick items on picking list paying attention to batch numbers and expiry dates.
* Inform the manager if there are any short dated items or quantity discrepancies. Generate delivery notes, invoices, proforma invoices and consignment notes.
* Book courier collections and assist in loading the daily collections.
* Track and chase shipments as required.
* Receive and inspect and put away incoming goods in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Full training and support from our experienced team to include our standard operating procedures and our IT system (enterprise resource planner)We will give you a full induction on Health and safety and the use of equipment you will need to use within your job role. A fully experienced team member will supervise you and work with you to ensure you are confident and able to carry out your duties.We will enable you to achieve a full level 2 apprenticeship in supply chain warehouse operator.
Requirements Rural Location.( 1.1 miles /23 minute walk from Chesham train station. We are looking to move to larger premises at the end of next year (likely to be in Watford).
