An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing & Communities Service Area for a full-time (37-hours a week) permanent Case Management Officer within the Responsive Repairs Unit.
You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to maintain business information and data systems. You will be able to work in a busy environment where taking telephone calls is a key part of the role. You will also be able to work to strict deadlines and be extremely flexible. You will have experience of working with IT systems and the ability to work as part of a team is essential as well as your using own initiative.
About the job
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and overseeing the system processes for damp and disrepair cases and act as a single point of contact for contract holders with active cases.
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate will have experience working within local government and working with customers. They will also have excellent communication skills and have the ability to provide this in the appropriate manner to all service users, staff and operatives.
You will need to be well‑organised and able to work on your own initiative, as well as working as part of a team.
