Key Responsibilities
* Mentoring and supporting individuals, encouraging independence and self-confidence
* Providing person centred support to individuals including life skills and social interactions
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Previous experience working with vulnerable adults is desirable
* Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
* A compassionate and patient approach towards those in need of support
