They’re now looking for an experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex HubSpot implementations - bridging the gap between strategy, design, and technology.
As a Solution Architect, you’ll lead the design and technical direction of HubSpot solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, map out scalable architectures, and oversee delivery to ensure each project meets both technical and strategic goals. You’ll collaborate with a talented internal team of consultants, developers, and project managers - providing technical leadership, mentoring, and insight across multiple high-impact projects.
What you'll be doing:
* Own the technical design of HubSpot solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
* Lead discovery sessions to capture requirements, define integrations, and translate business needs into robust solutions.
* Collaborate with development teams to deliver custom integrations, automations, and workflows.
* Advise on best practices and system architecture, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and performance.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance throughout delivery.
Experience & Qualifications:
* 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including architecture or technical consultancy roles.
* Strong understanding of CRM data structures, automation design, and system integrations.
* Experience leading or overseeing complex, multi-hub HubSpot implementations.
* Relevant HubSpot certifications (e.g. Solutions Architecture, RevOps, Marketing Software).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and build confidence.
* Background in a HubSpot agency environment (Diamond or Elite partner level) highly desirable.
