As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store in the Store Manager's absence. What We’re Looking For: A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment. Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
