Overview
Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic multi-trade operative looking for your next opportunity — based in Chipping Sodbury? We’re looking for someone passionate about making a difference, who takes pride in their trade, and wants to support safe, comfortable homes for our residents. You will work across our repair services, completing high-quality, multi-trade works and helping to ensure homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standard, while delivering excellent customer service to residents and leaseholders.
Responsibilities
* Complete high-quality, multi-trade works across repair services
* Help ensure homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standard
* Deliver excellent customer service to residents and leaseholders
What We’re Looking For
* Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
* A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
* A proactive, self-motivated approach combined with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
* Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
* A full UK driving licence
* Flexibility with working hours and travel
Additional Requirements
* You must have the right to work in the UK
* An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
* If you hold any relevant qualifications, we’ll need to see the original certificates
