* Work closely with school leaders to support the full employee lifecycle.
* Assist with the ongoing implementation of our new HRIS.
* Support change initiatives and collaborate on trust-wide projects.
* Visit schools primarily in North Suffolk/South Norfolk, with occasional travel further afield and work from home options.
You will be mentored by an experienced People Partner, gaining guidance and space to grow as a people professional.
We are expanding our Trust People Team and seek a passionate, motivated, and forward-thinking People Adviser to support our growing team of 1,500 employees across nearly 21 schools in our Multi Academy Trust.
* Hold CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience) and be willing to pursue further professional development.
* Thrive on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Possess excellent people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence, and communicate effectively.
Experience in education or the public sector is a bonus, but your passion for people and drive to make a difference are what truly matter.
