What will you do?
* Advise on complex planning applications
* Section 106 agreements,Section 278 agreements
* General planning advice in respect of major development schemes in the waste sector, the affordable housing sector & private developer sector
* Enforcement issues, High Court litigation and public inquiry work
* Judicial review
* Planning and environmental due diligence on commercial and corporate transactions
* Act for planning authorities in relation to CPO work
* Advising developers, funders and purchasers on contaminated land and remediation liability
* Give advice on invasive & protected species
* Environmental impact assessment
What will you need?
* To be aqualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* At least 6 years planning experience
