Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking an experiencedCommercial Manager (M&E / Electrical)to oversee commercial operations acrosselectrical contracting, building services, and M&E construction projects. This role is ideal for aSenior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)orElectrical Commercial Managerlooking to further progress their career.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial management ofelectrical, and M&E projects
* Cost control, budgeting, valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Negotiation withclients, electrical subcontractors, and suppliers
* Commercial reporting and financial forecasting
* Risk management acrosselectrical and mechanical construction projects
* Supporting project managers and operational teams with commercial guidance
* Identifying new business opportunities within theelectrical and M&E sector
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as aCommercial Manager,Assistant Commercial Manager, orSenior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
* Background inelectrical contracting, M&E construction, or building services engineering
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similarelectrical or M&E role
* Strong knowledge ofcost management, procurement, and contract administration
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
