We are looking for a commercially-minded Analytics Manager to join a household name that defines its category. This isn't a "back‑office" coding role; you will be at the heart of a digital Transformation, using data to answer the biggest questions facing their marketing and product teams. You’ll lead a team of analysts to move beyond "what happened" and start answering "why it happened" and "what we should do next."
The Technical Toolkit
We need someone who is dangerous with data but speaks the language of the boardroom.
* Advanced SQL: You can navigate messy, high-volume consumer databases to find the "golden thread" of a customer journey.
* Python for Analytics: You use Python for sophisticated EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis), cohort analysis, and automating insight delivery—rather than just building production ML pipelines.
* Visual Storytelling: You excel at taking a complex SQL output and turning it into a narrative that a Brand Manager or CFO can act on immediately.
Core Responsibilities
* Commercial Insights: Lead deep-dives into customer lifetime value (LTV), acquisition costs (CAC), and multi‑channel attribution.
* Strategic Advisory: Act as the "Internal Consultant" for the Marketing and Product leads, helping them optimize multi‑million pound budgets based on your team’s findings.
* A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze robust experiments to prove what actually moves the needle for our customers.
* Team Mentorship: Manage and upskill a small team of analysts, ensuring they are focusing on high‑value business problems rather than just "ticket‑taking."
