Are you an experienced compliance professional ready to make a real impact in a dynamic financial services environment? Do you have a background in Banking/ Financial Services or Lending Services? We are looking for a permanent Compliance Manager to lead their Group compliance function. This role is situated in Bath with periodic travel to other regional offices. DAY to DAY: Overseeing the compliance framework, maintaining relationships with regulators like the FCA and providing vital advice to senior stakeholders including the Board and Executive Committee Monthly compliance reports, submitting regulatory returns including Reg Data and FCA Connect, maintaining relationships with ICO, FLA and NACFB Managing compliance monitoring, policies, GDPR, AML frameworks and complaints procedures, ensuring the company operates within regulatory parameters Promoting a strong compliance culture across the business, adapting to changes, maintaining oversight including policies such as KYC, PEPs and sanctions Representing the client at Senior Management meetings, providing a positive approach to key managers across the business Producing annual regulatory and governance reports Ensuring training is in place for employees to act within compliance guidelines and best practice is adhered to WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: Experience in a senior compliance role within an FCA regulated environment, good knowledge of regulatory reporting Experience overseeing compliance monitoring, AML, GDPR, and complaints procedures Ability to produce clear, insightful reports for executive and Board level Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach AND FOR YOU: Generous holiday allowance, life assurance, pension Private medical cover & income protection Discretionary bonus Company social events and volunteer days Home working 1-2 days per week
