We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the senior Executives in various administrative tasks for this renowned brand on a part-time basis, working 20 hours a week.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a strong proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a good understanding of the strategic direction of the business and Executives' goals
* Proactive management of the Executives' calendar
* Anticipating diary/calendar changes and responding accordingly, including necessary meetings
* Actively finding solutions to enable the Executives to complete tasks or attend meetings
* Processing expenses in a timely manner and in line with travel & expense policies
* Liaising with the support team or leading on travel arrangements, coordinating itineraries, ensuring smooth end-to-end process
* Preparing and greeting all visitors, ensuring room, access, catering and requirements are met
* Managing hospitality requests
* Acting as an ambassador for, and promoting the best interests of the brand, including the promotion of culture and core values
* Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of current strategic, business and operational plans
* Undertaking other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the brand
* Maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and discretion
