Client Engagement Executive
to act as the first point of contact for new customer enquiries, ensuring they are directed to the right place quickly and professionally.
The Role
As a Client Engagement Executive, you'll handle inbound calls and online enquiries from potential customers. Your job is not about cold calling — it's about listening, qualifying, and connecting with people guiding them through the initial steps. You'll either divert calls through to our telesales team or arrange bookings directly with our field sales agents.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and enquiries.
* Qualify customer needs and interest in security solutions.
* Divert calls to telesales for further discussion when appropriate.
* Book appointments directly with field sales agents.
* Record and manage all customer interactions through our CRM (HubSpot).
* Provide a smooth, professional experience that reflects our brand.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
* Experience in customer engagement, call handling, or telesales support (preferred but not essential as full training and support will be provided).
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience and confidence using CRM systems and managing customer data.
