This is an opportunity offering high-quality work, stability and long-term career progression.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will manage your own caseload of contentious probate matters and support the wider litigation team.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging a caseload appropriate for a full-time fee earner\n\nConducting pre-claim investigations, legal research and case assessments\n\nAdvising clients on contentious probate disputes\n\nDrafting pleadings, statements of case and pre-issue documentation\n\nEnsuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules, SRA requirements and relevant legislation\n\nAttending court hearings and conferences (with or without counsel)\n\nPreparing court bundles, exhibits and evidence\n\nLiaising with clients, counsel and third parties\n\nAssisting with larger or complex claims handled by senior
