Regional Sales Manager – London | Tobacco & Nicotine Products
Location: South East London, Kent, East Sussex
A high‑impact Regional Sales Manager role driving growth across a full tobacco portfolio, with a strong focus on nicotine pouches. This is a fast‑moving category, and we’re looking for someone who knows the sector inside out and brings proven field‑sales leadership. This is a remote role with one day a week in London. You’ll spend 50%+ of your time in the field, coaching Account Managers, building retailer relationships, and turning commercial insight into action.

* Lead, recruit and develop a high‑performing field team
* Deliver a winning regional sales strategy
* Drive distribution, visibility, market share and ROI across all tobacco categories
* Use data to identify opportunity and manage risk
* Partner with marketing, commercial and operations to execute flawlessly
What you bring
You must have a background in tobacco or associated nicotine products (e.g., pouches, vape, heated tobacco) and proven experience in sales and field sales management in the area. Strong commercial instinct, confident influencing skills and the energy to win in a competitive London/Kent/Sussex market are essential.
