Year 5 Teacher Canterbury
Academics Canterbury are recruiting a confident and motivated Year 5 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Canterbury from September. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys upper KS2 and preparing pupils for the expectations of Year 6.
The role as a Year 5 Teacher:
* Deliver engaging upper KS2 lessons
* Support pupils' academic independence
* Monitor progress and provide targeted support
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Requirements:
* QTS
* Strong KS2 teaching experience
* Positive classroom management skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
