During the recruitment process, we will provide full competency assessment & sign off for care assistants to assist with Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injury Management and Epilepsy. These things contribute to major personal challenges for our service users' physical health. The ideal care assistant to work in this exciting role will be someone who is outgoing, encouraging, patient and empathetic. The service user enjoys going to the cinema and theatre as well as having booked read to her, the perfect care assistant must be willing to encourage her to go out and explore. The service user also has 2 dogs, the ideal care assistant must be comfortable around animals. We are looking for care assistants, that want a long-term career working with the service user where they can really make a difference to his life.
