What You’ll Do
* Operational Support: Help manage stock levels, audits, compliance, and banking
* Leadership: Motivate and support a passionate team alongside the Store Manager
* Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering outstanding, personalised service
* Visual Standards: Support merchandising and promotional campaigns to keep the store looking its best
* Step-Up Leadership: Confidently run the store in the absence of the Store Manager
What You’ll Bring
* Retail management experience (preferably in outdoor, apparel, or footwear)
