JOB TITLE: Senior Administrator ROLE TYPE: Permanent, full time (hybrid after completion of probation) LOCATION: Hertford, Hertfordshire (UK) HOURS/DAYS (per week): 5 Days, Monday to Friday SALARY RANGE: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) NOTICE & PROBATION PERIODS: 3 months BENEFITS/BONUSES/HOLIDAYS: 28 days holiday 10% Bonus target COMPANY CULTURE & SUMMARY: My client work in the Financial planning space, and they're looking for a proactive and committed Senior Administrator to join their lovely office space in Hertford, Hertfordshire. JOB ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to): - Provide end-to-end administrative support to advisers and clients - Process new business applications and manage ongoing client servicing tasks - Prepare client review packs and manage meeting scheduling - Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain accurate records - Liaise with providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Support onboarding, training, and supervision of junior admin staff - Maintain and update systems and back-office software - Monitor and follow up on business pipelines and outstanding actions - Assist with reporting, MI, and data management ANY SPECIFIC TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous work in financial services/ financial advice is desirable, but not necessary.
