Domus Recruitment are working with an established provider who are seeking an Interim Deputy Manager for one of their supported living services in Gloucestershire.
The Interim Deputy Manager will be supporting the Service Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and choice.
Key Responsibilities:
Hold delegated responsibility for key areas of day-to-day service operations.
Line manage and supervise a team of support workers, ensuring strong performance and development.
Act as a role model, promoting and leading best practice in care and safety at all times.
Ensure satisfaction and safety of the people supported, maintaining a strong safeguarding culture.
Participate in the on-call rota during out-of-office hours.
Maintain open communication and proactive problem-solving across the team and service.Requirements:
Proven experience in supported living settings, working with adults with learning disabilities.
Level 3 or 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult
Previous management experience within the same service setting.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
Available to start immediately.
