The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. Your mission is clear:generate new business, close deals, and earn strong commissions. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, confident, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup where individual performance makes a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Prospecting and engaging potential clients through phone calls, personalised emails, video conferencing, trade shows, and other outbound channels.
* Running discovery calls, pitching solutions, and conducting product demos.
* Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
* Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Working closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to drive growth.
* Sharing market feedback to help refine messaging, positioning, and product direction.
What We’re Looking For
* Diploma / Bachelor degree in any field.
* Open to candidates from non-sales backgrounds who are driven, coachable, and excited to break into sales.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Experience with cold calling and telemarketing is highly preferred.
* Self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently without heavy supervision.
* Naturally curious with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
* A true hunter who can consistently generate pipeline through outbound efforts.
* Comfortable selling tech, SaaS, or AI solutions (or motivated to ramp up quickly).
* Competitive, resilient, and motivated by results and commissions.
