Job Responsibilities
1. Identify the best channels for customer engagement, primarily virtual, for deals where value does not justify travel.
2. Validate customer needs, influence product planning, and drive deal closures.
3. Schedule 8-10 virtual and in-person appointments weekly to advance sales.
4. Support the development and execution of territory growth strategies.
5. Maintain core product knowledge within the subsegment and collaborate with Sales Specialists for deep expertise.
6. Analyze macro and micro market trends, customer challenges, and decision-making processes; create monthly engagement data reports and build relationships with key stakeholders for Westlaw, Practical Law, and HighQ.
7. Identify prevalent customer archetypes and needs within the territory.
8. Focus on customer retention and renewal targets through proactive engagement.
9. Leverage automated Salesforce workflows to manage deal progression.
About You
* 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the legal market.
* Experience in client retention and product training.
* Strong forecasting skills and market understanding, especially in legal services.
* Ability to build strategic relationships and understand law firm business dynamics.
* Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
