Our focus is large-scale solar farm and renewable energy projects across the UK. With a strong order book running through 2028, we are building a reliable UK team of operators to support ongoing and upcoming projects. Role Overview We are looking for experienced machine operators to join our site teams on solar farm installations. The work is fast-paced, intensive, and requires a strong work ethic. Reliability is essential — this is not new build housing with downtime, it is continuous installation work on live construction sites. Key Responsibilities • Operate machinery including skid steers, telehandlers, and other plant equipment on solar farm projects • Work collaboratively with the mechanical install team to support turnkey delivery • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards at all times • Travel to different UK sites and stay away where required • Be available for overtime and weekend work to meet project deadlines Requirements • Valid CSCS card (mandatory) • Valid tickets for Skid Steer, Telehandler, or other plant machinery &bull...
