Key Skills: Experience dealing with customer experience for small to enterprise accounts, Previous experience as an account manager for post sales, Building relationships with stakeholders at fortune 100 companies, Account management of a large volume of accounts and guiding customers through the customer experience journey, Working knowledge of VDI's such as Citrix/ VMware virtualisation solutions, SaaS company experience, Experience of hitting account renewal targets
An exciting opportunity is on offer for a Account Manager to work for an exciting and well established SaaS business building a cloud native platform with a start-up feel, on a fully remote basis in the UK. The chosen Account Manager will be involved in the customer care at the post sale stage. You must be comfortable giving demos, creating quotations and have extensive experience liaising with Solution engineers, CSM's and proffessional service people.
As an Account Manager, you will ideally have a working knowledge of Citrix, VMware and other VDI technologies. Experience with tools like Zoom, Splunk, Salesforce, Outreac.io are also advantageous. The chosen Account Manager will help improve the customer experience and help to retain volume of subscriptions of the product. You will ideally have previous experience of working in a SaaS business.
