Senior Project Manager Responsibilities: * Responsible for full project management life cycle * Manager 3-4 projects at one time, project value circa £1-£5m (some projects in excess of £20m) * Creation and management of budgets * All project costings * Programming works short and long term * Procurement * Labour & Plant * Management of subcontractors * Health & Safety * Quality * Site/Construction Management * Liaison with the client and stakeholders * Weekly update meetings with operations director Senior Project Manager Requirements: * Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent) * Civil Engineering experience (RC, Water, Large Pipe Installs, Roads & Highways, infrastructure etc.) * Experienced project manager involved with programming, budgeting etc * Excellent communication, people and team management skills
