Role - Producer
Reporting Into - Head of Delivery
Reports - N/A
Beings a Producer at Helia - As an integrated producer, you’ll be expected to work across a range of mediums & will need experience in producing ATL assets including film and still shoots, print, social and digital media. Also experience in producing events / experiential would be a bonus.
Responsibilities
• Develop scopes of work – able to scope large projects (£200k+), adhering to the client’s needs and expectations on project goals and objectives. This will involve developing scopes of work, estimates and timings, receiving feedback throughout the project, and providing updates.
• Manage timings – able to effectively communicate timings externally and internally. Work closely with our resource manager and tech team to book a variety of projects whilst identifying and resolving any conflicts through collaboration with other producers/teams.
• Manage budgets – tracking budgets and expenditure for a variety of projects.
Monitoring any change control and scope any costs associated with this. Then raise
POs for external suppliers.
• Champion ways of working – participate in establishing practices, templates,
policies, tools and processes to manage the accounts and projects more effectively.
• Coordinate teams – able to coordinate teams of various skill sets including
strategists, creatives, design, tech, client services and other internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively – clearly communicate with internal teammates to set
priorities, meet objectives, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met, and determine project expectations across all departments. Including working with third party production companies to organise large productions film, stills events, experiences etc.
• Build relationships – able to foster relationships with each department (strategy,
creative, design, tech, client services), collaborating with everyone to ensure the
smooth delivery of projects. This role will be client facing which requires someone
who is comfortable building relationships and working directly with external
stakeholders across a range of different accounts.
• Problem solver – identifying issues and risks early in the process and coming up
with solutions.

creative on how we approach a job to get the best out of the budget and brief.
• Someone with a little black book of suppliers and holding great negotiating skills.
Continually looking at trends in Tech and Data and who’s who in the world of
photography, illustration and film content to share with creative.
• Someone with a hunger for personal development and knowledge across all
channels of creative production. - Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a creative agency with some knowledge of
CRM, particularly the production of emails through to build and direct mail, is a must along with experience working with the processes in a creative agency.
