What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation and a commitment to delivering person-centred support.
Excellent communication and assessment skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and multi-agency partners in a community setting.
