About The Role
As a Care Worker, you will work with the residents closely on a daily basis, assisting them to live their lives to the full. You will assist them with all of their needs (including personal care) according to their wishes. Becoming a friend and having fun with them is one of the most important parts of the role.
Day To Day Duties Include
* Ensuring health and wellbeing of residents.
* Providing personal care and emotional support.
* Medication administration.
* Participating in stimulating activities.
* Involving residents in a person-centred approach.

Skills And Experience Needed
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support is provided.

Pay and Pensions
* £12.75 per hour
* Waking night rate: 20% Enhancement from 11pm to 7am
* Enhanced DBS which we will pay for
* Social Care Wales registration is fully reimbursed

o Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service.

Time off and Flexibility
