We are seeking a competent Mortgage Adviser to provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients in accordance with the FCA’s rules and our firm's procedures. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and has a strong background in financial services, particularly in mortgages and protection. The position is flexible, offering self-employed, employed, or hybrid working arrangements to suit your needs.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Provide mortgage and protection financial advice service to clients.
2. Identify and contact potential clients, gather sufficient information, and identify client needs.
3. Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
4. Complete all supporting documentation accurately.
5. Ensure that the level of service agreed with each client is delivered in a timely manner.
6. Maintain competent status as defined by the FCA and the firm.
7. Stay updated with new products, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace.
