We have an exciting opportunity for a full time experienced dental receptionist to join our friendly growing mixed NHS/private dental practice in Cheadle Hulme. We are looking for a friendly, professional, dynamic person with good sales skills to join our reception team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner, a polite and courteous demeanour, team player and ideally with a strong sales background and dental knowledge.
Job role Requirements:
* Answering calls and assisting patients with queries and booking appointments.
* Preparing patients and assisting them to complete documentations before they see the dentists.
* Excellent sales skills.
* Providing excellent customer service to patients while handling reception.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Signing patients to our dental plan.
* Handling patients.
* To be able to work independently and as a team player.
* Must be organised.
* Be computer literate with good IT skills.
* Experience of dental software
Candidate with dental knowledge or strong sales background preferred.
