The Role
As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll be a key part of the executive search process. With full support and training, you'll develop the skills to:

* Identify and engage senior-level candidates
* Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates
* Contribute to strategy and delivery on retained search assignments
