What you will do in the role of Spare Parts and Logistics Assistant?
1. Supporting colleagues across Europe to source and supply spare parts for third party elevator and escalator maintenance
2. Respond to incoming enquiries regarding spare parts
3. Liaison with engineers to identify and source spare parts for elevator and escalator systems as required
4. Obtain quotations from key suppliers
5. Prepare quotations
6. Process Sales Orders for spare parts and diagnostic tools
7. Raise invoices and journals
8. Respond to invoice queries, credit requests etc.
9. Raise/post purchase orders
10. Organise DHL/TNT collections for import to UK
11. Prepare shipping documents, inc. Airway Bills, packing lists and completion of invoice templates for customs purposes
