You will own the full marketing and communications strategy, working closely with senior leadership to define how the brand is positioned and experienced in market. A major focus will be leading social media and content creation, including hands on video content, trend led creative and product storytelling. You will oversee campaign planning, seasonal marketing activity and brand communications, ensuring consistency across all channels. You will also work closely with product and merchandising teams to shape storytelling, product positioning and launch activity.
Data and performance will be central to your approach, with responsibility for analysing campaign results, reporting to senior stakeholders and using insight to refine strategy. You will also manage external agencies and paid media activity, ensuring strong delivery and alignment to brand objectives.
