The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Ads & Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage both our paid advertising strategies and our organic social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition while building a vibrant and engaged online community.

What You Will Be Doing

* Lead our Paid Advertising Strategy:
* Manage the end-to-end execution of our paid advertising campaigns, from strategic planning and campaign setup to daily, hands-on optimisation across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and Amazon.
* Take full ownership of the paid ads budget, making strategic decisions on allocation and scaling successful campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
* Build and refine complex audience targeting strategies, utilising custom audiences, lookalikes, and detailed interest/behavioural targeting.
* Lead a continuous A/B testing schedule across ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to unlock higher ROAS.
* Oversee technical aspects, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Google Tag Manager, to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.

Elevate our Organic Social Media Presence:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy that builds brand affinity and engages our target audience.
* Create and manage a detailed content calendar; plan, write, and schedule engaging daily content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Act as the voice of the brand online, managing all community interactions by responding to comments and DMs, and fostering a positive and loyal community.
* Implement proactive strategies to grow our follower base and drive meaningful engagement.
* Analyse social media performance, tracking key metrics and delivering reports with actionable insights to refine our approach.

What We Are Looking For

* Experience & Technical Skills:
* 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing role, with hands-on experience running both paid social campaigns and managing organic social media channels, ideally within the fashion, equestrian, or luxury D2C sector.
* Proficient in META Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
* Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, media buying strategies, and SEO principles.
* Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Personal Attributes:

* A sharp creative eye with a feel for what content will perform. A genuine interest in equestrian style or luxury fashion is a significant plus.
* Commercially and analytically minded, with excellent skills in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a small, agile team.
* A long-term mindset – you're excited to grow with the business, not just in it.
