Main duties of the job
The Client Care Coordinator role is made up mainly Administrative tasks which can include carrying out Phone Consultations, data processing, record archiving, reception desk management and liaising with clients during their care with MSI UK. This list is not exhaustive and progression opportunities are based on competencies.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be provided with bespoke training, tailored to equip you in assisting with safe and effective abortion care to our clients. Previous experience of working within sexual and reproductive health is not a requisite of this role.
Working within our main clinic you will be joining a friendly team of both clinical and non-clinical colleagues who empower our clients to make reproductive choices that are right for them.

1. Ability to work independently and collectively within a team of both clinicians and non-clinicians
2. Strong interpersonal communication skills for supporting our diverse client population
3. Excellent record keeping, ability to archive and process data
4. Ability to prioritise workloads accordingly and work from your own initiative
5. Good IT skills (full training on internal programs will be provided)
