About Sangwell House Sangwell House is a modern, purpose-built service offering 16 one-bedroom apartments, each with open-plan living spaces and wet-room style ensuites. Ground-floor apartments are fully accessible, featuring drop counters, self-opening doors, and assistive technology like video intercoms, automatic blinds, and a nurse-call system. The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. Residents enjoy a balance of independence and connection—private living spaces with access to shared gardens, social activities, and a consistent, caring staff team. “Sangwell House apartments are all beautiful.
