Job Title: Secondary Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant
Location: Boston
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until end of academic year. Temp - perm
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:15 until 3:15 with breaks
Salary: £550 - £600 per week

Vacancy Details:
* Helping support pupils with their school life, help with regulation and engaging with activities.
* Age range of pupils working with 11- 16 years old working children with LD, challenging behaviour SMH pupils
* Purpose built AP department
Candidate Requirments:
* Having Experience working with challenging behaviour
* Advantage to have worked in a pastoral role
* Experience of working with SEND pupils and ability to demonstrate an understanding of SEND requirements
* Full enhanced DBS certificate
* Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process
* The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a teaching assistant
* Working with challenging as care or support worker would be ideal
* CPD within a trust
