Over the next five years, we’re investing £197m in existing homes and building 1,500 new homes. Transformation here creates tangible value – better efficiency means even more resources can be reinvested in the homes and services our customers need. As Chief Transformation Officer, you'll lead five functional areas as one portfolio – People, Technology, Programme Management, Communications, and Organisational Development – developing our people, harnessing technology, and driving change that delivers value to our customers. You'll work with experienced Directors who bring functional depth while you provide executive leadership that integrates their work. This is a pivotal appointment. What you'll be doing Acting as trusted partner to the CEO and Board, providing strategic counsel and driving decisions across stakeholders Integrating people strategy, technology innovation, communications, and transformation governance into one coherent operating model Championing change that prioritises customers and communities, delivering tangible improvements for our customers Creating conditions that enable every senior leader to drive change in their area Maintaining enterprise-wide presence and influence, building trust through visible engagement with colleagues and customers at all levels Ensuring the Programme Office delivers measurable value through coordinated strategic change Streamlining systems and processes, freeing colleagues to focus on value-adding work Embedding a values-led, high-performing culture through integrated people and organisational development strategies More about you You're an experienced business transformation leader with a track record of delivering and embedding change that sticks. While you may have started in HR, technology, change management, or programme delivery, you've led across multiple disciplines and know how to integrate functions into coherent strategy.
