Lift Engineer
London, Kent & Essex (Field-Based)
£45,000 - £50,000 + Overtime + Call-Out + Benefits
We are currently recruiting an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join a well‑established and growing lift engineering company covering London, Kent and Essex.
This is a field‑based role offering a competitive salary, strong earning potential through overtime, and the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of lift equipment.
The Role
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of passenger and goods lifts
* Attending breakdowns and fault finding on lift systems
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company standards
* Managing your own service route across London, Kent and Essex
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships
* Participating in a call‑out rota
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in lift servicing and maintenance
* Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently in a field‑based role
* Full UK driving licence
